MINIMUM ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENT
Each golf school session requires a minimum of six (6) registered students to proceed and is capped at a maximum of eight (8). This ensures the small-group, high-attention format that defines the Eric Cogorno Golf School experience.
Enrollment Status Updates: Once you register, we will keep you informed of your session's enrollment status via email leading up to your school date.
Minimum Enrollment Deadline: If a session has not reached the required minimum of six (6) students by thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled start date, we will notify all registered students by that date whether the session will proceed as scheduled.
If the Minimum Is Not Met: In the event a session does not reach minimum enrollment, registered students will be offered the following options at no cost:
-
Transfer to an alternate session date, or
-
A full refund of all tuition fees paid, with no cancellation or processing fees applied.
Our Commitment: We recognize many of our students travel from out of state and incur costs for flights and lodging beyond what is booked with us directly. Because of this, we make our enrollment decision no later than 30 days before your session, ahead of when most non-refundable travel is typically booked.
We strongly encourage students to wait until they receive confirmation that minimum enrollment has been met before booking non-refundable flights or additional travel arrangements.
Â
 Illness & Emergency Policy
- If you are unable to attend due to illness or a personal emergency, you may apply your payment toward a future school or receive a partial credit. Documentation may be required (doctor's note, etc.)
