This 2-day, all-inclusive golf immersion at the Golfzon Leadbetter Academy at Reunion Resort includes:

✔ Two full days of intensive, personalized instruction with Trevor Salzman and Giles Gill (2:1 student-to-coach ratio)

✔ Lunch provided on both days

Event Schedule

Day 1: Setup & Impact Foundations

  • Morning: Meet & greet, full data capture (video + TrackMan) and creation of your personal game plan. Then dive into Phase 1: How setup transforms your swing, club geometry and ball flight laws followed by 1-to-1 coaching.
  • Afternoon: Recap and more 1-to-1 coaching before moving into Phase 2: Learning impact, compression and how we fast track these results. Work through impact protocols, personalised to you and close with further 1-to-1 coaching.

Day 2: Motion, Speed & Your Plan

  • Morning: Recap Day 1 with a Q&A, then bring the system to life with Phases 3 & 4 plus the Mach3 speed training system to build effortless power. Then get hands on with all the drills & gadgets to grove your effortless swing.
  • Afternoon: Final recap, fresh data capture and a detailed swing analysis. You’ll leave with a clear, personalised improvement plan and absolute confidence in your next steps.

🚨IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ🚨

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE & REFUND POLICIES

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Early Cancellation (28+ Days Prior to Event) Cancellations submitted twenty-eight (28) days or more prior to the scheduled event date will receive a full refund (100%) of tuition fees paid, minus a $115 processing fee.
  • Mid-Range Cancellation (14-27 Days Prior to Event) Cancellations submitted between fourteen (14) and twenty-seven (27) days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of tuition fees paid, minus a $115 processing fee.
  • Late Cancellation (Less Than 14 Days Prior to Event) Cancellations submitted fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date will result in complete forfeiture of all tuition fees paid. No refunds will be issued.
  • No-Show and Post-Commencement Policy No refunds will be issued for no-shows or once the event has commenced. Attendees who arrive at the event location forfeit all rights to refunds, regardless of circumstances, completion of the program, or satisfaction with services provided.
  • Cancellation Requirements All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] and will be effective only upon written acknowledgment from Trevor Salzman and Giles Gill.

Reschedule Policy

  • You may reschedule to a future golf school (subject to availability) if requested at least 14 days before the event.
  • A $250 rescheduling fee applies.
  • All reschedules must be used within 12 months of original event date

 Payment Policy

  • Full payment of $2,500 is required to secure your spot
  • All major credit cards accepted

 Illness & Emergency Policy

  • If you are unable to attend due to illness or a personal emergency, you may apply your payment toward a future school or receive a partial credit. Documentation may be required (doctor's note, etc.)
  • In extreme circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Weather Policy

  • Golf schools will proceed in light rain or moderate weather conditions
  • In case of severe weather, activities will be moved indoors when possible
  • Refunds are not available for light rain or moderate weather conditions, as instruction will continue with appropriate adjustments to maintain the learning experience.
  • In case of extreme weather conditions that force cancellation, rescheduling options will be provided

Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information will only be used for processing your registration and providing relevant information about the golf school
  • Credit card information is securely processed and not stored
  • We will not share your information with third parties except as required to deliver our services
  • You may opt out of marketing communications at any time

Waiver & Liability Agreement

By registering for the Trevor Salzman & Giles Gill Golf Schools, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You understand that participation in golfing activities involves inherent risks
  • You are physically able to participate in golf instruction and play
  • You will follow all safety instructions provided by staff
  • You release Trevor Salzman, Giles Gill and affiliated partners from liability for injuries sustained during the golf school, except in cases of gross negligence
  • You grant permission for photos/videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes
  • You agree to follow all safety and conduct guidelines provided during the event.
