CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT OPERATIONS
You booked the course.
Now what?
Your golf tournament shouldn't become a second job.
We handle the administrative side so you can spend your time on the parts that actually raise money: building relationships, engaging golfers, securing sponsors, and creating a memorable event.

By Mary Lengle, Signature Golf Experiences founder. Twenty years on committees, at sponsor tables, and on the first tee at 6am.
It is more work than anyone tells you.
Registration. Payment. Chasing people who said they would play. Collecting golfer names, shirt sizes, and team lists. Building sponsorship packages and pricing them. Chasing sponsor logos. Knowing when to open registration so you do not run out of time. Knowing when to close it so the course gets an accurate count. Thank yous.
Most of it lands on one or two volunteers who have never done this before and will do it once.
Then next year, someone else starts from zero.
We become the administrative operating partner behind your tournament.
You don't need another piece of software to figure out.
You need the system behind the tournament to work.
We take your specific event, build the administrative system around it, and keep the agreed administrative work moving from planning through post-event follow-up.
PLAN
You answer a structured questionnaire about your tournament. Your answers determine your: Tournament Plan -Β a date-anchored roadmap showing what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, who is responsible, and what fundraising milestones you should be watching. You don't have to figure out the entire timeline yourself.
We turn your tournament into a plan.
BUILD
We build the administrative infrastructure your tournament requires.
Depending on your event, this can include:
β Event website / registration page
β Individual golfer registration
β Foursome registration
β Dinner or other event purchases
β Sponsorship packages
β Payment flows
β Participant and sponsor information tracking
β Automated confirmations
β Registration reporting
β Administrative workflows
Your tournament is configured around what you're actually doing, rather than forcing your event into a generic template.
LAUNCH
Before golfers begin registering, we test the system.
We verify:
β Registration
β Pricing
β Purchase limits
β Payment flow
β Confirmation messages
β Information collection
β Tracking
β Key links and dates
The goal is not simply to get the page live.
The goal is to make sure the administrative system works before people start using it.
MANAGE
Once registration opens, the work doesn't stop.
We help manage the agreed administrative workflow around the tournament, which can include:
β Registration tracking
β Payment tracking
β Missing participant information
β Sponsor information and asset requests
β Scheduled reminders
β Participant communications
β Event logistics communications
β Administrative reporting
β Agreed changes and exceptions
You remain responsible for the relationships.
We remain responsible for the administrative system.
CLOSE
The tournament doesn't end when the golf does.
The administrative cycle continues through:
β Participant thank-yous
β Sponsor thank-yous
β Final reporting
β Data organization
β Post-event follow-up
β Lessons learned
β Preparation for the next tournament
And when the same tournament comes back next year, you shouldn't have to start from zero.
Software makes tasks possible.
We make sure the system gets done.
There are excellent tools for tournament registration, payments, email, scoring and fundraising.
We don't need to build another one.
Our job is different.
We take the decisions you make about your tournament and turn them into a working administrative system.
01 We identify what needs to happen.
02 We build what needs to be built.
03 We test it.
04 We keep the agreed workflow moving.
05 We tell you when something needs your attention.
06 And we close the loop.
The goal is simple: fewer things falling through the cracks.
We believe you should see this before you hire us.
YOUR COMMITTEE
You own the things that require your relationships and local judgment:
β Sponsor outreach
β Golfer outreach
β Fundraising relationships
β Volunteer relationships
β Event vision
β Charity decisions
β Course relationship
β Day-of responsibilities
YOURΒ GOLF COURSE
Your course typically handles the golf-side logistics covered by your agreement, such as:
β Golf
β Carts
β Food and beverage
β Course operations
β Scoring / scorecards where applicable
β Pace of play
β Other facility-specific event logistics
SGE
We own the administrative system:
β Planning roadmap
β Registration infrastructure
β Payment configuration
β Participant tracking
β Sponsor information tracking
β Communications
β Administrative reporting
β Workflow coordination
β QA and launch
β Post-event administrative follow-up
Why divide it this way?
Because the committee should spend its limited time on the work that depends on relationships, judgment and fundraising.
We can systematize much of the rest.
Is this you?
This is probably a good fit if:
β You're organizing a charity, nonprofit, memorial, school or community golf tournament.
β You've never organized one before or you're tired of reinventing the process every year.
β Your committee is made up primarily of volunteers.
β You're comfortable handling sponsors, golfers and relationships yourself.
β You want someone else to build and manage the administrative machinery.
β You want a clear plan rather than another pile of tasks.
This probably isn't a fit if:
- You want someone physically running the tournament on event day.
- You want us to sell all your sponsorships and golfers for you.
- You already have a dedicated professional tournament operations team.
- You simply want inexpensive software that you will operate yourself.
We are not trying to run your fundraiser for you.
We're trying to make the administrative side of running it significantly easier.
The Big Jer Classic
Our first real-world tournament operations prototype.
We recently built the administrative infrastructure for the Big Jer Classic Memorial Golf Scramble.
The system included:
Landing page + copy
Individual registration
Foursome registration
Dinner registration
Sponsorship registration
Payment infrastructure
Google Sheets tracking
Automations
Payment confirmation
Manual administration
Reporting
The important part wasn't any one tool.Β It was connecting the pieces into one working registration and administrative system.
Detailed results and event outcomes will be added after the tournament is completed.
Before you start planning, see what actually goes into a successful tournament.
Most people know they need a golf course, golfers and sponsors.
What they don't realize is how many moving pieces have to come together behind the scenes and how many details the golf course, sponsors and participants will expect the committee to manage.
We've created a free, practical guide that breaks down:
β The six systems that have to work together behind every well-run tournament
β The administrative details most first-time organizers don't know to ask about
β What your golf course needs from you and when
β Where committees typically lose time, create unnecessary work or miss important details
β What your committee should own vs. what an administrative operating partner can handle
β Why registration, communications, tracking and course coordination need to work as one system
β The questions to answer before you start building your tournament
See the work before you take it on.

One fee. No percentage of your fundraising.
Your exact fee and scope are agreed before we begin, based on the version of the service we can confidently deliver.
You'll always know what's next, what we need from you and who is responsible for it.
We build the administrative system around your tournament and keep the moving pieces organized as the event gets closer.
If we miss an agreed SGE-owned milestone because of a delay on our end, we'll make it right at no additional cost.
We're opening three founding partner spots for 2027 tournaments.
We're intentionally starting with a small number of organizers so we can work closely with each committee, refine the system around real tournaments and build the service the right way.
Once those three tournaments are committed, founding partner availability closes.
$1,500 per tournament.
This is our founding partner investment while we're putting the SGE Tournament Operations System through its first round of real-world tournaments.
You'll receive the full administrative operating service we agree on for your tournament, with one flat fee agreed before we begin. We don't take a percentage of your fundraising and we never hold your tournament funds.
In return, we'll ask for your honest feedback as we refine the system for future tournament organizers.
